Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum Wausau, Wisconsin The Woodson Art Museum has been enhancing lives through art since it opened in 1976. Housed in a two-story English Tudor home on a four-acre estate, the museum features a permanent collection, educational programs, and changing exhibitions, most notably the annual, internationally-acclaimed Birds in Art show. The museum’s founders established what has become the Museum’s guiding spirit – the marriage of art and nature.
