THE HEALTH SCREENINGS ALL MEN NEED AT EVERY AGE Blood Pressure - At least once every 2 years (for ages 20-30); every year (for 40s-50s). If it's higher than 120/80, you'll need a check every year. You would need more frequent checks if you have diabetes, heart disease, or kidney problems. Cholesterol - Every 4 to 6 years, starting at age 20. more frequently if you have diabetes, heart disease, or a family of high cholesterol Diabetes - every 3 years at the start age of 45 but if you have diabetes risk factors (e.g., overweight, sedentary, high blood pressure) you would want to have screening earlier.

STDs - After each new partner, or at least once a year. This also depends on your lifestyle and medical history. Colorectal cancer - Regular screenings start at age 45. Colonoscopies are generally done every 10 years. Fecal immunochemical tests are done every year. This also depends on which test you get. Osteoporosis - Screening between ages 50 and 70 if you have risk factors for porous bones, low body weight, smoking, heavy alcohol use, or family history of osteoporosis. Lung Cancer - Every year starting at age 55 until age 80, with a low-dose CT scan. When you get to 15 year after quit-smoking date, you can discontinue the test.
