Opposite Below — The master bedroom detail incorporates mirrored elements and soffit lighting with a wall-mounted upholstered headboard. Floating champagne-toned nightstands are positioned on each corner of the headboard wall with pendant lighting fixtures suspended above. An overall color palette that includes champagne and gold tones with deep jade accents plays beautifully against the room’s water and sunset views. Kelli Interior Design, www.kelliinteriordesign.com

Above Left — A cool spa blue wall color was chosen for its soothing properties. The shiny teal and green shag area rug is a throwback to the 70s, but reinvented. When the lighting is above the nightstands, guests have more useable space, and interesting sconces make a design statement. Wright Interior Group, www.wrightinterior.com Above Right — The space is filled with fresh cool colors that reflect the land and sea. White beams dramatically contrast with the driftwood finish of the tongue-and-groove coffers, and provide a detailed backdrop for the polished nickel chandeliers.
