Agnieszka Nieradko studied applied linguistics and philosophy and was the assistant of Rabbi Schudrich from 2006 until 2008. Since 2008 she joined the Rabbinical Commission where she deals with Holocaust graves. Adam Bartosz is an anthropologist and museologist working at the Regio­ nal Museum in Tarnów. He functioned as director of the Ethnographic Museum that hosts a permanent exhibition entitled, “The History and Culture of Roma People” (Historia i Kultura Romów) and was opened in 1985. Rabbi Andrew Baker is Director of International Jewish Affairs for the American Jewish Committee. In the past he served as the AJC’s Director of the Washington, D.C. Region and Director of European Affairs. Since 2009 he is the Personal Representative on Combating Anti-Semitism of the Chair-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). Dariusz Pawłoś is a long-term employee (since 1995) of the Fundacja “Pols­ko-Niemieckie Pojednanie” (Foundation for Polish-German Reconciliation). He was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Foundation in 2008. Astrid Sahm currently runs the Berlin office of the International Center for Education and Exchange (IBB) in Dortmund. From 2006–20011 she was the German director of the Johannes Rau International Center for Education and Exchange and its “Laboratory of History” in Minsk. She also deals with issues related to culture of remembrance in Belarus and in Europe as a political scientist. Michael Lazarus and Diana Lazarus founded the Simon Mark Lazarus Foundation in 2003. In 2006 they were joined by the Miles and Marilyn Kletter Family Foundation and the Warren and Beverly Geisler Family Foundation. Together with Jewish communities and organizations across Belarus these three foundations established the Committee for the Preser­ vation of Holocaust Victims’ Memory in the Republic of Belarus, which provides crucial support in identifying the locations and coordinating the construction of Holocaust memorials.
