Relocation Assistance

Air Force Aid Society Bundles for Babies- This workshop is a must for expecting parents! Open to both active duty and their spouse or significant other. Participant will receive vital information on TRI-Care, New Parent programs, Family Day Care and Financial Readiness. $50 gift card for AAFES &from AFAS The Air Force Aid Society, (AFAS) is the official charity of the USAF. AFAS provides emergency assistance to Airmen and their eligible family members, sponsoring educational assistance programs, and offering an array of base community enhancement.

Exceptional Family Member Program EFMP Families Fall Festival Drive By Trick or Treat— Drive by the A&FRC ready to trick or treat curbside!

Financial Management Essentials of Investing— The basics of investing, mutual funds, bonds, IRAs, REITS, DRIP and more!

Personal Work Life

Pre-Deployment Briefings – We provide individual and group briefings ensuring military members and their families have completed necessary preparations for deployment. Reintegration Briefings – We provide group briefings ensuring military members and their families have necessary information for a smooth reunion. Tapes and handouts available for all on tips for a successful reunion.

Transition Pre-Separation Consultation – This MANDATORY pre-separation counseling is to ensure all active duty separating service members have the opportunity to be made aware of the transition services and benefits available to assist them and their spouses in adjusting to civilian life. Transition GPS – This 3-day workshop is mandatory all separating members of the Armed Forces. Topics covered include, veterans benefits, GI Bill, TriCare, federal employment, skills assessment, resume writing, networking, interview skills, and financial matters. Spouses are welcome and encouraged to attend but must pre-register. During COVID the workshop is held on virtual platform.

Assertive Communication - Learn how to assert yourself without being aggressive. This class is on point if you have challenges with setting boundaries or communicating from a position of authority. Coffee & Conversation: Home Edition - Designed for military spouses to join in for conversation, fun, and connection. Prizes will be awarded. Conflict Happens, Handle It - Workshop to learn triggers and what type of conflict resolution/management skills may work for you professionally and personally.
