Clinical Technologies for Private Hospitals. Our attorneys counseled Siemens in the sale of equipment, software and services of a telemedicine and radiology system to be deployed in a nationwide scale. Pharmaceutical Technologies Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). We counseled an Israel-based pharmaceutical company to buy a share of a Mexico-based biopharmaceutical company, which included a portfolio of biopharmaceuticals and digital health products under development.
