Sweet Tea, like its predecessor Simply Eclectic, is designed to work in quilting, sewing and home décor alike. KariAnne’s aesthetic starts in her home, a vintage farmhouse on a few acres in a small corner of Kentucky where she enjoys walking the back meadows with her husband and four children. During a Spring thunderstorm, you can catch her on the porch sipping Sweet Tea with lime. This is where she finds inspiration and creates with her beautiful fabrics, mason jars, burlap and lots of love.

Latifah Saafir is known for her bold and innovative modern quilts. Combining her training as an engineer with her lifelong passion for sewing, Latifah creates designs that are graphic and contemporary, featuring challenging techniques with meticulous attention to detail. A co-founder of both the Los Angeles Modern Quilt Guild and the worldwide Modern Quilt Guild, Latifah currently teaches workshops to guilds around the country. Grafic is her first fabric line! It pays homage to her lifelong love of graffiti and street art. The line is not reflective of the art itself but, instead is about celebrating the environments where it is found and the graphic elements that inspire it. It captures a look and feel that is both urban and sophisticated and most importantly very "Grafic."

A percentage of proceeds from Samba will be donated to the "Little Dresses for Africa" charity. The mission of Little Dresses for Africa is to provide relief to vulnerable children throughout the Continent of Africa and beyond. Volunteers from all over the world join together to make little dresses out of pillow cases or other simple patterns. Some sew. Some donate. Some go to Africa, and some send others. Little Dresses for Africa sends the donated dresses through misions teams, mails them directly to verified communities and takes them personally with their short term teams. Contributions are distributed through orphanages, churches, and schools.
