Frog Pond Jelly was a family favourite in our home, making its appearance at birthdays and other special gathering days.
Jelly (jello) in a bowl decorated with nasturtium leaves and flowers when possible.
Sometimes the jelly was brightly coloured, at other times a little murky, but always there would be frogs (made of chocolate) and maybe some other swimming creatures. Sometimes there was treasure at the bottom of the pond. Whichever way it appeared, it was all consumed with gusto!
