The best way to prevent colds, flu and gastrointestinal illnesses- such as Norovirus- is to wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds after bathroom breaks and before eating.

For all markets and sailings, masks are optional for vaccinated guests and recommended for unvaccinated children while onboard. ln our terminals, masks are optional unless required by local regulation. Some destinations we visit may require masks. Guests under 2 years old don't need to wear a mask. These protocols are subject to change.

Perfect Pier Safety

As you make your way to Perfect Day at CocoCay, we ask that you please walk in-between the flags on the pier and refrain from jumping into the water from the pier or arrivals bridge. There are plenty of adventures and thrills to be had on the island- plus, this is a safety issue.

Lost and Found

Please alert Guest Services if you have lost or misplaced any items prior to your departure. You can use www. chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship. All items will be held for 30 days,

Transfer Tickets

Guests with flights after 12:30 pm on departure morning, can purchase transfer tickets to Orlando lnternational Airport (MCO) at Guest Services, located at the Centrum, Deck 4, February lOth at noon.
