Golf Members don’t forget one of your benefits is the ability to book tee times up to 2 weeks in advance. As we get into spring a d busier times, please try and make sure to have your times you want to play on the books in the pro shop. Everyone playing golf, if we could fix our pitch marks and fill in your divots as you play, it will help all the hard work maintenance has been putting into the improvements on the golf course . Maintenance has been working hard this winter creating a new walking path ways up to the tee boxes on hole #2 as well as cutting down trees to help with the golf course drainage. The course will be looking great this spring and we are looking forward to everyone playing in good weather! Follow us on Facebook and Twitter. BridgeMill has a club you may not be familiar with: The “Hole in One Club”. Stop by the golf shop or call to get the details and to sign up. Don’t be on the outside looking in. We have already had 2 holes in ones this year! The NEW Titleist Prov1 & Prov1x are in the shop. The new Titleist Drivers, new Taylor Made Sim2 Drivers are also in! What better time to upgrade your set, than now with the latest and greatest in technology from these fine companies. Spring has sprung!!! We have all new Nike, Footjoy, Donald Ross, HMS Golf Collection and Black Clover hats arriving in the pro shop.

Now is the time to get ready for Spring. Regrip your clubs; get fit for new ones; and consider a new pair of shoes. Be prepared to hit the ground running.

Juniors learn and play the game in a relaxed scramble format that builds confidence and encourages mentorship among teammates. We now have two age divisions, 9-13 and 14-17. March is the start of spring…the flower is the daffodil…the birthstone is aquamarine…we have golf starting on a regular basis in March!! What is not to love about March?! March 4th… golf meeting hosted by Denise to review pace of play and the handicap system used at BridgeMill for our tournament play. If you are new to BridgeMill ladies golf, this would be a great time to meet a few of the ladies. 7 PM in the Wine Room…drink specials! March 5th group golf lessons. Contact Denise at 770-3455500 x1 to confirm time and to sign up.

March 17th 4 PM is our St Patrick’s Day season kick off. Tee times starting at 4:10 with hope that all groups can finish before dark. Drink specials! Prizes! Sign up on Group Me app (golf buddies). Please note: if you sign up then find that you cannot play, please cancel through the group me app. We know things come up (kids, husbands, jobs), but the pro shop is not responsible for cancellations. March 31st is the first club event…the ever popular Tipsy Tee Time hosted by Denise. Please sign up through the Pro Shop so Denise can plan snacks and drinks.

Our regular playdates will start Monday, March 15 at 10 am with tee times every Monday morning. As interest grows, we will add additional tee times to accommodate all ladies that like to play 18 holes. Wednesday evenings will be our 9 hole play and events starting at 4 and we will move this up closer to 5 as the days get longer as we want to make it convenient for everyone. For the Monday and Wednesday events, sign up through the Pro Shop. Tournaments and special events will be through the Group Me app. See the photos of our newly renovated Ladies Golf Lounge. We are so happy with the cozy, clean look and hope all ladies will take time to hang out before or after golf. Don’t forget to stock your locker with goodies ( like bottled water, snacks and personal items) so you can stay around after golf

Thank you for your support and participation in the MGA Saturday Game at BridgeMill. For 2021, we will have 15 regular season games and 5 special events beginning April 3rd. In addition, we will be running two season long games to track your best performance on each hole for the entire year - Gross Ringer and Net Ringer.

DATES OF SPECIAL INTEREST

April 3rd - Stableford Kickoff: Two Man Blind Draw Net Stableford with Beer!!! April 10th - Official Quota Reboot and Game 1: Re boot = 36 minus your course handicap as of April 3rd. This will establish your starting quota for 2021. May - 29th - Bubba's a Playa' - Format TBD with Beer!!! July 3rd -- Holiday Break - No Official Game - Captains choice, run your own game or games with other foursomes. July 17th - Two Man Biathlon - 9 hole Best ball / 9 hole scramble Stableford point system. Pick your partner. Total quota's divided x 2 = Team Quota with Beer!!! August 28th - Special Saturday Game - TBD with Beer!!! September 25th - No Game - Aeration Week - Road Trip Optional. Perhaps Lake Arrowhead practice round or other?
