Canvas & LMES
Canvas 是一個由教學促進中心和 ITSC 共同管理的網上學習平臺，讓教授和同 學使用。教授和導師可以在該網發出告示和分享資源，如課程筆記及文件。同 學們亦可以在系統上進行協作活動例如討論，虛擬會議和群組工作。Canvas 簡 單易用而且有特定的 App 支援 iOS 和 Android 手機。 除 了 Canvas, 有 些 課 程 還 會 用 前 一 代 的 LMES 作 教 學， 這 系 統 將 會 逐 漸 被 Canvas 完全取代。 Canvas is a comprehensive eLearning platform maintained by both CELT and ITSC for instructors, researchers and students. It allows instructors or TAs to make announcements, share document & notes. Also, students can collaborate for class activities like discussion, virtual conference room, group’s workspace etc. It is very user-friendly and you can use your mobile phone or tablet to access the course materials or participate in the course. Apart from Canvas, some courses may use the old system called LMES (Learning Management and Evaluation System).
