電影節網上預售 HKIFF Online Advance Booking
除郵遞服務外，顧客亦可選擇憑購票時所使用的信用卡，透過下列的「購票通自助取票機」或前往「購票通售票網」，領取電影節各放映場地*的門票（取票 服務由網上預售交易完成後第二天起提供）。
In addition to postal delivery, customers may also choose to collect HKIFF tickets for all screening venues* from Cityline Ticket Dispensing Machine (TDM) or Cityline Ticketing Outlets at locations as listed below with the credit card used for the transaction (Collection service for online advance booking is available 2 days after transaction).

電影放映前七天內經網上（www.urbtix.hk）或信用卡及電話訂票服務 （2111 5999）所訂購的門票，只提供自助取票機或櫃檯領票服務，不設郵 寄方式送遞。 請注意：由於香港科學館、UA院線及The Grand Cinema不設城市電腦售票處， 而香港太空館的售票處不設領票服務，因此使用網上或電話購票服務而須自 行領取門票的顧客前往以上放映場地時，請先行到「購票通自助取票機」或 城市電腦售票處售票櫃檯領取門票。
As delivery by mail takes time, tickets booked within 7 days of screenings on URBTIX internet (www.urbtix.hk) or telephone credit card booking service (2111 5999) can only be collected from TDM or at the sales counter of any URBTIX outlet by the patron. Note: As there is no URBTIX outlet at Hong Kong Science Museum, UA Cinemas & The Grand Cinema and ticket collection service is not available at the box office of Hong Kong Space Museum, please collect your tickets at Cityline TDM or URBTIX outlets before going to these screening venues.
