CCDC Dance Centre Partnership Programme REAL Showcase now call for proposals and welcome applications from Individual dance artists or arts organizations registered and operating in HK. CCDC Dance Centre would collaborate with successful applicants as presenter, subsidizing the chosen local choreographers to showcase their original full-length dance piece (not less than 45 minutes), which would be staged at the CCDC Dance Centre Jockey Club Dance Theatre in June 2020. Applications should download and submit the filled application form, together with the artist’s/organization’s biography to CCDC Dance Centre in person or by fax or email. 黃煒丹出任演藝學院現代舞系主任 Dam Van Huynh appointed as New Head of Contemporary Dance at HKAPA 黃煒丹於今年9月正式上任為香港演藝學院現代舞系主任。 黃氏曾於2010-12年擔任香港演藝學院駐場藝術家。其作 品曾於不同國家巡演，並與多家舞團和編舞家合作，包 括梅斯·簡寧漢、內華達芭蕾舞團、葡萄牙當代舞蹈團 (CeDeCe)、理查德·阿爾斯頓和鳳凰舞蹈劇場。 Dam Van Huynh has taken up as Head of Contemporary Dance at the The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, starting from this September. Huynh was appointed Artist-in-Residence at the academy in 2010-12. His choreographic works have been performed internationally and has worked with various companies and choreographers including Merce Cunningham, The Nevada Ballet, Portugal’s Companhia de Dança Contemporânea (CeDeCe), Richard Alston and Phoenix Dance Theatre.

由The Foundation for Contact Dance及Orkesztika Foundation 合辦的《Ork Kota Platform 2020》，現正徵集1分鐘舞蹈影 片。影片類型不限，主題須為《Body_Dance_Pictures》， 長度不超過1分鐘。獲獎影片將於2020年1月15-18日，於 匈牙利布達佩斯《SzólóDuó International Dance Festival 2020》上放映。 截止申請日期：2019年12月1日（午夜12時) Ork Kota Platform 2020, jointly organized by the Foundation for Contact Dance and Orkesztika Foundation, now calls for one-minute dance films. All genres are welcomed, with the topic as “Body_Dance_Pictures” and the length of film should not exceed 1 minute. The awarded films will be screened on 15-18 January, 2020, at the SzólóDuó International Dance Festival 2020 in Budapest, Hungary. Deadline of Application: 1 December 2019 (Midnight 12am)
