Action for Happiness helps people learn practical ways to increase their own wellbeing and help others be happier. At our local action group we explore different topics every month that will help you to feel happier and more positive. It’s fun, friendly and very practical. We meet at the Howden Park Centre on the 3rd Wednesday of every month 7.00 pm and The Regal Community Theatre in Bathgate on the first Tuesday of every month.
