Books, Models, Unopened Kits and Apparel: If not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for replacement, exchange, credit or refund. Items must be returned in the condition received and in the original packaging. Prints: Damaged prints will be replaced at no charge. Due to the delicate nature of fine art prints, we cannot accept returns. DVDs and Software: Defective merchandise will be replaced with another of the same title.
