Travel website tripadvisor.com unveiled its annual Tripindex, a list of the most expensive cities for travel, this past June. The list was based on how much it would set you back for a night at a four-star hotel (gauged between June and August 2011), a cocktail, a round-trip taxi ride, and a two-course dinner with a bottle of wine.
