Julie Hennessey and Lisa Grusecki, sisters and real estate brokers comprising the JL Group with d’aprile properties, served as guest bartenders for charity at FourteenSixteen in downtown La Grange on April 21. Hennessey and Grusecki selected Brookfield-based Community Support Services (CSS) as the non-profit organization their guest bartending would benefit. CSS is a private non-profit agency that provides and promotes services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, working within their communities with the hope of strengthening their independence, self-esteem and ability to participate in and contribute to community life. For more information about Community Support Services, visit www.cssservices.org.
