The products available at Highgrove Bathrooms have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. All Highgrove Bathrooms products carry warranties of up to and including 15 years. Please Refer to the below for warranty information per product.

All showers, tapware and toilets sold at Highgrove Bathrooms have been laboratory tested and certified compliant with the WELS. An Australian Government standard put in place to help reduce unnecessary water usage. A WELS efficient shower head alone uses 40-50% less water and the average toilet flush uses under 1/3 of the water that a traditional toilet would.

The WaterMark certification is used in relation to water supply, sewerage, plumbing and drainage goods. After being tested to comply with specific specifications and standards, the product can be WaterMark approved. Therefore you can be confident in the quality of your product when you see the WaterMark symbol.

Note (*1): Excludes Damage to ceramic disk cartridges from pieces of copper tube, plastic tube, sand, dirt or thread tube etc. All speciality finishes are subject to 2 year replacement product and parts and 1 year replacement product and parts & labour. Note (*2): Jumper valves and ceramic disk spindles; 1 year parts only.
