Business
Mr Lovatt would like to thank the 100+ business students in years 9-13 who have made the effort to submit work starting way back in March and continuing to today (and knowing some of you there is probably more to come). Most have been sent in on time, some late, some very late (year 12) some at the weekend and some at "crazy o'clock" (year 12 again) – thank you to you all!

Highfields Bake Off Challenge winners

‘Grow your own’ named so as she has grown her first vegetables in lockdown. Chocolate cake with a vanilla cream filling and it is covered in green fondant icing. To decorate; buttercream, oreo biscuits, fondant icing to mould with (to make the little vegetables and the fencing) and sugar decorations to finish.
