We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated Student and Family Support Worker to cover for maternity leave starting towards the end of October 2021.

This role will be biased towards the Primary Cluster Schools although there will be interaction with Secondary Students.

The successful candidate will be an active part of the local school community, developing and delivering high quality work with children, students and their families to facilitate opportunities for their personal, social and educational development.

Highfields want to ensure that vulnerable children and young people are identified and supported so they can aim to achieve stability, safety and permanence enabling them to thrive within their community and reach their full potential.
