Youth Sport Trust International The YST International have asked us to partner with the Quality Mark team in Hungary to support the development of the Quality Mark programme in their country. We have been asked to help as Highfields School is a Gold Quality Mark school with the YST and we are one of their schools on the International programmes (as you may recall we had the amazing opportunity in February 2020 to be invited to Bahrain with two of our sports leaders).
British Wrestling Association This Girl Can Wrestle Campaign The British Wrestling Association is proud to announce a partnership with Wrestle Like a Girl for the ‘This Girl Can Wrestle’ Campaign in an effort to drive the growth of girl’s and women’s wrestling throughout the UK. This free programme started on 8 December 2020 and will run until 15 May 2021. It is open to girls aged 8 and over of all experience levels. Over the twenty-four weeks, student-athletes have the opportunity to participate in practices and special events to deepen their knowledge about the sport of wrestling while building a community and gaining life skills.
