Higginbottom Family Tree Project

The Higginbottom Family Tree Project is a project designed to archive the history and document the existence of the descendants of Randal and Mittie Higginbottom. Randal Higginbottom, born in 1810, is the latest known ancestor of the Higginbottom family that exists today. Documented through census record, military records, birth certificates, marriage licenses, death records, obituaries, family cemetery plots,newspapers, photography (family albums), elder recollections, multiple family member historian/genealogy efforts utilizing ancestry electronic tools, etc. over 1,000 descendants of Randal and Mittie Higginbottom have been identified.

Family Local Meet-ups

The purpose of the family local meet-up is to connect outside of the family reunion. The idea would be to have a designated host every state to coordinate periodic informal gatherings, preferably once per month. Request your Higginbottom Family Tree Project
