Mission Hidden Hunger International is on a mission to save the lives of children. We are providing daily micronutrients to at-risk children of impoverished countries. Hidden Hunger International is a team of individuals and organizations who sponsor children. We also gather other individuals and organizations who will become members and sponsor children.

I understand and agree that the Child Micronutrient Packs that I am purchasing will be sent to Child Feeding Organizations chosen by HHI that will distribute these Child Micronutrient Packs to at-risk children. I understand that once this application has been processed, the card that I have provided above will be charged the allocated amount according to the number children I have chosen to sponsor. I also certify that I accept this fee as being a recurring monthly charge until sponsorship is properly cancelled. This cancellation must be written, signed, dated, scanned, and sent via email or fax to HHI. I also understand that I must allow 30 days from the date received for this cancellation to be processed and completed.

Hidden Hunger International Policies and Procedures MISSION Hidden Hunger International’s (HHI) mission is to change the lives of children through micronutrients. Hidden Hunger is a silent epidemic that affects millions of children of impoverished countries. This condition is characterized by a chronic lack of vitamins and minerals. HHI is reducing the effects of hidden hunger in at-risk children by providing a micronutrient that delivers nutrients they do not adequately receive. The micronutrients are tremendously increasing the health and improving the lives of children by breaking the cycle of disease and malnutrition. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITIES You must be 14 years of age or older to become a member of HHI. Minor applicants (14-17) must have the permission and signature of a parent/legal guardian to become a member or sponsor a child. ALL applicants must provide HHI with the general contact information required on the membership application including a valid Social Security Number or a Federal Tax ID Number and payment information. In the event that any of the required information should change, you must contact HHI and request that your information be updated within 14 days of the change.. Members of HHI have the ability to gather monthly purchasers of Child Micronutrient Packs (CMP) which will be sent to at-risk children. Members of HHI also have the ability to enroll new HHI Members. Members of HHI, individuals or organizations, can NOT enroll other members until they (the original member) have personally gathered 10 CMP. Enrolling to become an HHI Member does not mean you are an employee or agent of HHI. As an HHI Member you understand that the information provided in the membership application will be viewed by HHI staff and your sponsor. Your information may also be used when required and/or permitted by law to protect and defend the rights of HHI. In addition, your information will be used to fund your earnings and manage your payments. PAYMENTS AND EARNINGS When your application is submitted, HHI will review it for acceptance. Once HHI approves your application you will receive member status. HHI reserves the right to accept or reject anyone as an HHI Member if they do not meet the requirements stated on these Policies and Procedures. In order to become Child Sponsoring Bonus (CSB) eligible a member is required to have and maintain 10 or more personal CMP. If a member does not maintain the required CMP for 3 consecutive months they will become inactive. To achieve World Changer status you must have personal CMP and also CMP in your organization depending on your promotional level. There will be a $5 processing fee deducted from payments made to HHI Members including payments made by check and/or direct deposit. Each member must earn a minimum of $25 before HHI will process a payment and for a member to receive payment for their earnings. Earnings will accumulate until an HHI Member has obtained at least $25. HHI Members will receive their earnings monthly. HHI Members are not guaranteed any income nor assured any profits or success. HHI Members certify that no claims of guaranteed profits or representations of expected earnings that might result from their efforts as an HHI Member have been made by HHI. Similarly an HHI Member shall not represent directly or indirectly that any person may, can or will earn any stated amount or that any HHI Member is guaranteed success. HHI Members are responsible for reporting the income earned on their personal tax return. When becoming an HHI Member you are solely responsible for declaration and payment of all local, state, and federal taxes that may occur because of your activity in connections with this agreement. HHI Members must make, execute or file all such reports and obtain such licenses as are required by law or public authority with respect to this agreement and/or the receipt, holding, selling, or advertising of HHI’s products at their own expense. CANCELLATIONS In order to cancel an HHI membership the member must notify HHI with a written, signed and dated cancelation which is scanned and sent via email (membersupport@hiddenhungerinternational.org) or faxed (903-769-9535) within 10 business days of signing the HHI Membership Application. The CMP purchases are NOT refundable at any time. MINOR APPLICANTS The Parent/Legal Guardian are responsible for adhering to state Labor Laws with respect to allowable work hours of said minor. They are also responsible for reporting the income earned by said minor applicant on either their personal tax return or on a separate tax filing for said minor. When becoming a Minor HHI Member you are solely responsible for declaration and payment of all local, state, and federal taxes that may occur because of your activity in connections with this agreement. As a minor you will become an HHI Member and are able to sponsor CMP’s and build your own Child Sponsoring Organization. A minor is capable of reaching World Changer status and becoming CSB eligible. Minor HHI Members must abide by any and all federal, state, county and local laws, rules and regulations in connection with this agreement. They must make, execute or file all such reports and obtain such licenses as are required by law or public authority with respect to this agreement and/or the receipt, holding, selling, or advertising of HHI’s products at our own expense. ETHICS In order to maintain HHI Member status you must follow ethical business practices at all times. HHI Members are prohibited to enroll a person without explaining the purpose of HHI. They may not neglect to explain any fees that apply or neglect to tell an HHI Member about the qualifications that have to be met to become bonus eligible and to reach World Changer status along with the types of bonuses and amounts a member could receive. In addition, a sponsor may not enroll potential HHI Members by making income representations or misrepresenting the facts. HHI Members may not enroll anyone without explaining the refund policy and the requirements for cancellation. Intimidating or confusing a potential member in order to make them sign an HHI Membership Application is forbidden. The name and symbols of HHI and other names as may be adopted by HHI are proprietary trade names and trademarks of the company. HHI Members agree not to advertise HHI in any way other than the advertising or promotional materials made available by HHI. All materials included on HHI publications are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws and are the property of HHI, unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use of such materials may violate these copyrights, trademarks and other laws. HHI Members may use this information for non-commercial use and personal use only. Any other sale, modification, reproduction, re-distribution, publication or re-transmission of any information from HHI publications, in whole or in part without the prior written permission of HHI, is prohibited. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION Violating any of the HHI Policies and Procedures during your enrollment will lead to termination of your membership. Upon termination you may not enroll again to be an HHI Member or be able to receive any earnings from HHI. If your membership is terminated you may not sponsor a child by purchasing CMP’s through HHI. CHANGES TO POLICIES & PROCEDURES HHI may modify this document at anytime and as a member it is your responsibility to keep current on these changes. If any modifications occur to the Hidden Hunger International Policies and Procedures you will receive the updated information upon your request.
