1.3 Warranty and liability
The CE mark shows that the loader has been manufactured in accordance with the applicable Ec directives.
NOTE
The manufacturer / supplier cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the loader. In such cases the full risk is borne by the operator / user.
Please note the following points:
• do not make any changes to the loader. • Only use attachments approved by WACKER NEUSON for your loader. • The loader must only be started up, operated and serviced in the manner described in the operator’s manual. • Only use the loader if all of the safety devices and protection devices are intact. • Observe the monitoring systems during operation. • repairs must only be carried out by trained specialists. • closely follow all instructions in the operator’s manual.
NOTE
This operator's manual must always be kept either on the loader or at the point of use. Place the operator's manual in the document pocket at the side of the driver's platform.
