1.2 Explanation of the symbols used in this operator’s manual

To ensure safe operation and maintenance of the loader, it is necessary for you to follow all of the instructions in this operator’s manual. Warning symbol: Warns about potential dangers. ► Follow all instructions which are linked to this symbol.

Throughout the text, you will be warned about hazards and provided with special information using the following symbols and the signal words dANGEr, WArNING, cAuTION and NOTE as well as the adjacent phrases. Warning symbol: Warning information on risk of injury or accident caused by electric shock. ► Follow all instructions which are linked to this symbol.

DANGER

The word dANGEr is used to warn about hazards with high levels of risk which could directly result in death or serious injury if they are not avoided.

WARNiNG

The word WArNING is used to warn about hazards with moderate levels of risk which could possibly result in death or serious injury if they are not avoided.

CAUTiON

The word cAuTION is used to warn about hazards with low levels of risk which could possibly result in minor or moderately serious injuries if they are not avoided.
