OPERATOR’S STATION

d WARNING: Open/close engine hood (1) only after stopping the engine. Failure to do so may cause personal injury or death due to entanglement into the engine fan.

Before travelling the machine, check that engine hood (1) does not open.

Opening Engine Hood

Press lock key (2) of engine hood (1), engine hood (1) opens upward for daily check.

Closing Engine Hood

Pull band (3) down and slowly push engine hood (1) until a click sound is heard.

Maintenance Side Cover

d WARNING: Open/close side cover (4) only after stopping the engine. Failure to do so may create a very dangerous situation such as entanglement with the rotating parts.

Be sure to install side cover (4) before travelling or operating the machine.

Remove bolts (5) (4 used) to open side cover (4).

fNOTE: Side covers (4) are located at the left and right side of the base machine. Open left side cover (4) to check the engine oil level and to replace the engine oil filter.
