Never neglect the daily service and safety checks. Serious injury may occur. If you discover a fault or damage, report it immediately to your supervisor. Never use a hand pallet lift truck that has faults or is damaged.

Action

Ensure brakes or hand/parking brake, if equipped, function properly. If parking brake needs adjusting, use the allen key found on the parking brake and turn the adjustment screw clockwise. (See Figure4 on page7.)
