Operator´s seat and parking brake

1- SEAT ADJUSTMENT

Prior to starting the machine, adjust and lock the operator´s seat for maximum operator comfort and machine control.

The seat should be adjusted before operating the motor grader so that controls are easily reached and to improve the operator"s comfrot and visibility.

Operator´s seat

Pull the adjusting lever to relase seat movement and move seat to the desired position. Release the lever to lock the seat. To ajust seat height, loosen the attaching bolts on the seat column. Adjust seat height, by aligning the holes in the seat column to the holes in the support. Reinstall the bolts and tighten securely. 2- PARKING BRAKE

The parking brake is engaged manually. When the lever is pulled up, its gear mechanism allows partial or total braking.

To disengage, pull the lever slightly up, press the release trigger (A) and push the lever down.

Always prior to leaving the operator´s seat and after ensuring that all people are away from the machine, lower the attachments or tools slowly to the ground. Move the attachments to a safe position. Place all controls in HOLD position. Move transmission control to neutral and move engine controls to the OFF position. Lock the controls and engage the parking brake. Switch and remove the key switch. Follow signalman signs, safety signs and general signage. GROUP6

Cab

In any environment condition, the cab offers maximum operator comfort.

1- CAB DOOR

To open the door, pull handle (1). To keep the door open during machine operation, or during cab servicing, open the door until it contacts the automatic lock. To unlock, operate handle (2).
