6-3 Using the appropriate bearing puller remove the front and rear bearings. (Tool No. 563390)

Remove the 4 wheel drive gear using suitable pullers or a press.

Replace the 4 wheel drive gear using Loctite (ref.: 548110), on the shaft splines. Then using a suitably sized tube re-fit the front and rear bearings.
