STEP 1
Park the machine on flat, horizontal ground. Stop the engine and remove the starter switch key.
STEP 2
BD01E053 When the engine has been stopped for fifteen minutes, remove the dipstick, wipe it with a clean cloth and replace it in the guide tube as far as it will go. Then take it out again.

BD01E053 If the oil level is below the mark (A) (minimum), remove the oil filler cap, add oil up to the mark (B) (maximum) on the dipstick and then replace the oil filler cap. NOTE: The level should not be higher than the mark (B) (maximum) on the dipstick.
Engine oil change and oil filters replacement
NOTE: Change the oil while the engine is still warm. The oil will flow more easily.


IMPORTANT: The oil filters have two different locations. For Machines with the
Manufacturer number 330Q3 01001 - 330Q3 05999 the oil filter is located on the engine. STEP 1
Park the machine on flat, level ground, stop the engine and remove the starter switch key.

Remove the oil filler cap.

Remove upper undercover to access the oil pan. For machines with the manufacture number of 330Q3 06001 + place a receptacle of a suitable capacity under the engine sump drain hose, remove the oil draincock cover, and attach the drain hose to the draincock to allow the oil to drain out.
STEP 4
For machines with the manufacture number of 330Q3 01001-0599 install a new seal on the drain plug and install and tighten the plug.
STEP 5
LBX330J005 Clean the area around the oil filter and remove them, using a filter wrench.
STEP 6

PH08325 Coat the seal of each new filter with a fine film of oil.
STEP 7
Install the new filters, tightening until the seals come into contact with the filter heads, then tighten an additional halfturn by hand. IMPORTANT: Do not use a filter wrench to tighten the filters. Excessive tightening can damage the filters and their seals.
STEP 8

BD01E053 Fill the engine with new engine oil . Install the oil filler cap.
STEP 9
Run the engine for a few minutes and check that there are no leaks. Check the oil level again and add more oil if necessary.
STEP 10
Replace the upper undercover. IMPORTANT: Always wait fifteen minutes to allow the oil to return to the sump before checking the oil level.
