(4)Supply portion

The reassembly procedure of supply spool is as follows. (See the below figure)

[1]Install the pilot cover B1 17 to the flange portion and tighten the washer assembly bolt 8 to the specified torque with a 4mm hexagon wrench after checking that no dust or the like is attached to the spool hole the O-ring 5 is securely installed in the flange bottom portion of the body.

Tightening torque: 4.4 to 5.1 ft lbf (5.9 to 6.9 N m)

•Do not tighten the specified torque at once at this time. To ensure that the pilot cover B1 7 is inserted evenly, tighten the two washer assembly bolts 8 little by little alternately.

[2]Insert the supply spool 2 carefully not to make mistake in the direction from the spool hole in the opposite side of the installation of the pilot cover B1 7

•Apply little amount of hydraulic oil to the spool before insertion at this time.

•When not feeling uncomfortable at the time of insertion, recheck by turning in and out several time for the movement.

[3]Install the return spring bearing 3 and the return spring 5 in order.

[4]Engage and install the pilot cover A2 6 to the flange portion and tighten the washer assembly bolt 8 to the specified torque with a 4mm hexagon wrench after checking that the O-ring 5 is securely installed in the flange bottom portion of the body.

Tightening torque: 4.4 to 5.1 ft·lbf (5.9 to 6.9 N·m)

•Do not tighten the specified torque at once at this time. To ensure that the pilot cover A2 6 is inserted evenly, tighten the two washer assembly bolts 8 little by little alternately.
