7-3-6Adjustment of Blade Lever
Remove the step, the side cover R, the indicator box and cover plate, and then remove the pilot valve (RH).
(1)Loosen the nut 1 and adjust the blade lever so that the supporting center point of the lock lever R and the I end position of the cable are level in the neutral position.
(2)Adjustment of stopper bolts 3 (for the blade up and down)
[1]Loosen the lock nuts 2 and loosen the stopper bolts 3 so that they will not touch the blade lever.
[2]Move the blade lever to its stroke end, and tighten the stopper bolt 3 until the bolt end touches the blade lever (for each stopper bolt).
[3]Tighten the stopper bolt 3 half-turn further and tighten the lock nut 2 to fix it.
7-3-7Adjustment of Lock Lever Switch
(1)Remove the panel L 1
(2)Adjust the operating force of the lock lever when the lever operating from unlock position to lock position is 13.2 lbf (58.8 N) or less.
(3)Adjust the switch 3 so that the length shown in the figure will be within the rage from 0.18 to 0.22 in. (4.5 to 5.5 mm) when the switch is fully pressed in.
Note :
The implement should not operate even if the control lever is moved when the lock lever is in the lock position.
Tightening torque :
21.7 to 25.3 ft lbf (29.4 to 34.3 N m)
Note : Overtorque may cause damage to the switch.
7-3-8Adjustment of Accelerator Lever
(1)Adjust the outer accelerator cable 1 installation to the illustrated dimension and fix it with the snap nut 2.
(2)Check (adjust) that the regulator handle 4 of the engine is in the low idling position in the condition in which the accelerator lever 3 touches the forward plate, and fix the snap nut 6 of the outer accelerator cable 5 in the accelerator side.
(3)Pull the accelerator lever 3 forward (high idling side) and check (adjust) that the regulator handle 4 of the engine is in the high idling position, and then fix the nut 8 after touching the stopper bolt 7 with the accelerator lever 3.
(4)Operate the accelerator lever 3 and make sure that the regulator handle 4 of the engine is operating in full-stroke without the crimp and tension in the inner cable.
(5)Adjust the operating force of the accelerator lever 3 with a lock nut.
(Operating force of F portion: 13.2 to 17.6 lbf (58.8 to 78.4))
