Switches 46.Automatic central lubrication indicator light, green or yellow 22*

Lights when the automatic central lubrication is activated. The system performs all operation automatically. After the starter switch is turned on or is in operation the pump will at 30 minutes interval supply measured quantities of grease to all the lubrication points. The indicator light will then light up once. This pattern will be repeated 4 times.

Blink codes for the indicator light: (the buzzer will sound when the indicator light is flashing) •The light flashes 4 times once (0.5s on/0.5s off) as soon as the starter switch has been turned on:

Cause:The automatic central lubrication is activated.

•The light does not flash when the starter switch is turned on:

Cause: 1.The system is not powered. Check fuses and connection to earth and replace if necessary. 2. Lamp or wiring to lamp could be defective. Check lamp and wiring and replace if necessary.

•The light flashing for 2 minutes (0.5s on/0.5s off) at the beginning of each cycle:

Cause:Minimum grease level in the reservoir has been reached. Refill the reservoir as soon as possible, see 500 hours service for procedure.

•The light continuously light for 2 minutes at the end of the pumping phase:

Cause:Insufficient grease pressure. Contact you Moxy Dealer.

•The light continuously light after starter switch has been turned on:

Cause:System out of order! Immediate action is required. Possible causes: 1.Insufficient grease pressure during 10 consecutive cycles (or 10 consecutive times in the same main pipe channel). Check cause and reset by depressing the test button (on the reservoir) for at least one second while the starter switch is turned on. 2.Reservoir empty; refill the reservoir and after that depress the test button (on the reservoir) for at least one second while the starter switch is turned on.

•The light flashing during one complete cycle (2.0s on/2.0s off):

Cause:Single test run being executed (see "test") •The light flashing continuously (0.2s on/0.2s off):

Cause:Continuous cycle test run being executed (see "test")
