Driver's seat

The seat is air-sprung and adjustable in height, tilt, back support and lengthwise position. Adjust the seat to the desired position. Always use the safety belt when operating the dump truck.

Seat adjustment.

1. Lumbar support adjustment. Stepless adjustment of the support. 2. Backrest inclination adjustment. 3. Seat cushion inclination. Stepless adjustment of seat cushion Forward - clockwise. Backward - counterclockwise.

4. Forward and backward adjustment. Lift lever up and slide the seat to a suitable position - release lever.

5. Height adjustment. Stepless seat height adjustment. Elevation - clockwise. Lowering - counter clockwise. Automatic weight adjustment. 6. Quick seat lowering. For comfortable step in and out. Lower the seat - valve outwards. When seated, press valve in and seat automatically returns to individual setting. 7. Headrest.

8. Armrest Can be lifted for easy access, and the inclination of the arm rests are adjustable for comfortable operating position. 9. Adjustment screw Stepless inclination adjustment. 10. Backrest.

11. Suspension height limiter. I.Lever to the right: Comfort position, max. suspension height, 150 mm. II.Lever in middle position: Suspension height limited to 90 mm. III.Lever to the left: Fixed position, no height suspension. Seat must be in correct position, 75 mm above bottom position when locking. 48. Electrically heated seat. The seat can be heated by pushing the switch. Refer to item 48 in this chapter.

Instructor seat

There is one seat for instructor, on the left side of the driver seat. The seat cushions are spring-loaded and will return to upright position when released. The seat are fitted with safety belt which is recommended for use during driving, both for safety and comfort.

Internal door opener

•Push up handle to open the door.

External door opener/lock

The door is fitted with lockable door opener. •Depress the button on the handle grip to open the door. •The door can be locked from outside by using the door key.

There are 4 different opening positions by two locking mechanisms at the upper edge of the top windows. •To open the window:

Lift both lock arms to a suitable position. •To close the window:

Push window completely upward and check that the window locks are in the locked position.

Safety equipment

If the safety equipment is present, always keep it on its storage place and make sure that it is in order: •First aid kit

•Fire extinguisher, 2 kg, ABE class II powder. (Distributor / Dealer fitted)

•Warning triangle.

Cab light

The cab light switch has three positions: •On •Off •Door activated

Radio/Cassette player 201,212*

The radio has following security features: Detachable panel, switchable warning light, security warning sticker and identification number. If any of the security features are missing, contact your local Moxy Dealer.

1. Detachable panel

Take the detachable panel with you when leaving the dump truck. Keep it in its protective cover. Always replace the detachable panel before starting to drive. •Remove the panel by sliding the "REL" key downwards.

•Replace the panel starting with the left-hand side of the radio. Then push the panel until it clicks into position.

2. Switchable warning light

The red light flashes when the detachable panel is removed. •Stop or start the light flashing by pressing the "POWER" key.

3. Security warning stickers

•This "security" warning sticker shall be fitted on your dump truck window.

4. Identification number

•This radio has a unique identification number (printed on the "security card"). This card is required as proof of ownership if the radio is stolen, if the detachable panel is lost or if requesting service. •The "security card" shall be removed before installing the detachable panel.

Do not keep the "security card" in your dump truck.

5. Operating Manual for the Radio/Cassette player

For operation of the radio, see separate Operating Manual. If the Operating Manual for the radio is missing, contact your local Moxy Dealer.
