1.Engine oil pressure gauge 3*

The gauge indicates the engine oil pressure. Normal operating pressure is 3 - 6 bar (above 800 rpm). Minimum pressure at low idle and warm oil is 0.7 bar. Normal pressure when starting with cold engine is above 6 bar. If the engine oil pressure is too low during operation, the warning light (18) illuminates and the main warning light (19) will flash. Check and note the error codes on the engine controller, see item 19 for procedure. Then stop the engine immediately and remedy the fault before restart.

2.Transmission oil temperature gauge 5*

The gauge indicates the oil temperature in the transmission. Normal range is 80 - 110°C, max.permitted for a short period during retarder brake operation is 120°C. If the oil temperature in the transmission is too high during operation, the warning light 24 will light up. Stop then the dump truck immediately, select neutral gear, and run engine at mid-range speed for a while to cool down the oil. One reason for the high temperature could be use of a too high gear range.

3.Engine coolant temperature gauge 4*

The gauge indicates the engine coolant temperature. Normal range is 70 - 93°C. Run engine at moderate speed and load until operating temperature is reached (warm-up period). If the coolant temperature is too high during operation, the main warning light (19) will light up and the engine controller will reduce the engine load. Check and note the error codes on the engine controller, see item 19 for procedure. If the temperature is further increased the warning light (17) will light up and main warning light (19) will start flashing (shut down condition). Check and note the error codes on the engine controller, see item 19 for procedure. Then stop the engine (possible fault) immediately.

4.Engine revolution counter and hour meter 1*

The counter indicates the engine rpm. Normal revolution: •Low idle: 650 rpm •Max. power and economic area: 1600 - 2000 rpm •High idle: 2400 rpm •Max. allowed rpm: 2600 rpm The hour meter is electronic and indicates operated hours of the engine.

5.Fuel gauge 6*

The gauge indicates fuel tank level from empty to full. Tank capacity: approx. 420 litres. Fill up with diesel when necessary, and at the end of the shift.

6.Gear display 10*

1.The lock-up lamp will light when the lock-up is engaged. 2.The display indicates the gear range from 1st gear to 6th gear. 3.The check lamp will light up if error has been detected.

If this lamp lights up: a.Stop the dump truck at a safe place. b.Select neutral gear position and apply the parking brake. c.Open the fuse box panel behind the driver's seat. d.Check and note the error codes on the transmission controller. See next page for explanation of the transmission controller.

e.Contact you Moxy Dealer. •A short explanation of the codes are listed under troubleshooting, chapter 5. •Item 1 and 3 will also light for approx. 3 sec. when the starter switch is turned on.

Transmission controller

•The transmission controller has a two-digit crystal display to show present operation status and possible error code's. •Switching the starter switch from OFF to ON start's a self diagnostic process of the transmission controller and at the end it will show the transmission oil temperature mode.

This temperature mode has three (3) levels which alters the clutch pressure modulation to ensure a safe and trouble-free gearshift.

•Once an error is detected the display will show the error code until 5 minutes after it is repaired. •If more than one error has been detected, each code will be shown for about 3 second.

•If an error code has been recorded but is no longer present, the error code is displayed after the self diagnostic procedure and before the temperature mode.

Temp. mode Code 8.8 5.3 A.8 0.3 1.0 0.C (up to +15 °C) -,C (from +15 °C up to +40 °C)

Self diagnostic display Error code E.C 0.9 E.C F.A

Time3 sec.3 sec.3 sec.3 sec.3 sec.0.0 (+40 °C and up) 0.5 sec.3 sec.0.5 sec.3 sec.

7.Speedometer 2*

The gauge indicates the dump truck travel speed in kilometres per hour (km/h). The display on the speedometer counts: •The total travel distance (can not be reset) in kilometres. •The partial travel distance in kilometres. Push the button to switch between the total and the partial travel distance.

8.Air pressure gauge, front service brakes 7*

The gauge indicates the air pressure in brake circuit 1. Normal operating pressure is between 7.0 and 7.8 bar. Do not attempt to drive the dump truck at air pressure below 5 bar. Warning light (11) will light when the pressure is below 4.5 - 5 bar. A warning buzzer will sound if the pressure is too low on the supply line.

9.Air pressure gauge, rear service brakes 8*

Same values as in item 8 for the brake circuit 2 (warning light 12).

10.Volt meter 9*

The gauge indicates the voltage in the electrical system. Normal range is between 24 - 30 volts, normal value is 28 volts. If the gauge shows less than 24 volts, battery charge warning light (20) will illuminate, check V-belts, regulator and alternator.
