Shuttle tee hydraulic valve 1

Removal

NOTE: MARK and LABEL all the various parts (electric connections, hydraulic connections, etc.) before disassembly operations in order facilitate all the reassembly . NOTE: For removal operations, refer figure 3.

Remove all dirt and grease under cab (orbitrol valve, auxiliary steering valve and steering priority valve area).

Remove the two tie strap (TS) from steering hose (A) and (C) .

From the “ST” port the auxiliary manifold (X) disconnect the steering hose (C) from the connector (C1) and then disconnect the hose (A) and the connector (D) installed the “LS” port.

From the priority valve (V) disconnect and remove from

“LS ST” port the load sense hose (A) and the ° elbow (E).

Locate the left - hand steering cylinder area and remove the two caps (F) from cylinder tube (Z1) and (Z2) .

Locate the return tank manifold (MA) and remove the cap (T) and the O- ring (L) .

Discard the hose (A) the connector (D) , the ° elbow (E) and the two caps (F) and one cap (T) .

Under the cab compartment, loosen and remove the four fixing nuts and disengage the orbitrol valve (S) from the steering shaft (SC) .

Remove the four bolts (Q) , the lock washers (P) , the steel mounting bushings (O) , and the rubber bushings (N) unfix the bracket (BR) from the orbitrol valve (S) . 10. Remove the steering isolator (M) .

Discard the four bolts (Q) , the lock washers (P) , the steel bushings (O) , the rubber bushings (N) , the steering isolator (M) and bracket (BR) .

Install

Joystick steering

Install the connector (16) the port the steering EHPS valve (20) . Install the straight connector (28) the T port the steering EHPS valve (20) . Install the ° elbow (33) the P port the steering EHPS valve (20) . Install the ° elbow (35) the PS port the steering EHPS valve (20) .

Install the steering EHPS valve (20) the JSS valve bracket (9) . Secure with the three bolts M8x20 (25) and the three washers 9x20x1.6 (45) . Install the valve JSS valve bracket (9) the left - hand sidewall the rear chassis frame. Secure with the three spacer (6) , the six washers 13.5x28x2.5 (46) and the three nuts M10 (40) .

Install the O- rings (21A) supplied with the JSS cut - f valve (21) the and the ports the steering EHPS valve (20) . Install the JSS cut - f valve (21) the steering EHPS valve (20) . Secure with the six bolts M10x105 (2) and the six washers 1 1x21x2.5 (47) . Install the plugs (3) the and the P ports the JSS cut - f valve (21) .
