Assembly

–If previously removed, assemble two new bushes (4) and (8) into the axle beam (5) using the prescribed special tool.

–If previously removed, assemble two new bushes (1) and (2) into the knee (3) and two new bushes (12) and (13) into the knee (11).

–Insert the two knees (3) and (11) into the axle housing (5). –Regolate the outside lenght of both knees.

–Only if previously removed, insert the split pins (10) in each of the four locking pins (9). –Insert the four pins (9) into the choosen holes and assembly on each pin the grower washers (7) and the nuts (6). –Tighten the nuts (6) to the prescribed torque. –See: Adhesive and tightening torques.
