Attach the tension rope(20) with an S-hook(24) at the rear to the tailgate in the slotted holes of the metal track(23). Guide it through the eyelets(19) to the hoops. Attach the other S-hooks to the tailgate again in the slotted holes of the metal strip(23). Slide the rod(25) through the S-hooks to lock it. Double the side tension rope(21) over and fix it to the rear bracket(22). Attach it to the front bracket with the S-hook(27) in the eyelets(26). (Fig.3,4)
