• Cut the external protection pipe off at the marked position. • Hold the cut off section(F) against the internal protection pipe(A) and cut off the same length on the internal protection pipe. (Fig.6)

• Shorten the external profile pipe(G) by the same length as the cut off section(F) of the external protection pipe. (Fig.7)

• Shorten the internal profile pipe(H) by the same length as the cut off section(F) of the external protection pipe (the internal profile pipe is hardened). (Fig.8)

• Round off the inner and outer edges of the profile pipe (de-burring) and carefully remove the swarf.
