Removing the VARIO table
Danger!
Raise cutterbar and apply cutterbar cylinder safety lock at the feed rake conveyor.
Danger!
Raise reel and apply the cutterbar cylinder safety lock (1).
–Set reel tines to the rear. –Remove left-hand and right-hand crop divider. –Remove left-hand and right-hand feed plate. –Remove universal drive shaft from feed rake conveyor. (Fig.1)
Removing the knife drive belt (40), see page4.3.1 Removing the wobble transmission (sparepartno.643656.1 and sparepartno.643656.2), see page4.3.9 Removing the wobble transmission (sparepartno.637534.0), see page4.3.25 Pull out table lock (2) and thus release table. Move the table all the way to the front, stop the engine and remove ignition key. (Fig.2)
Right-hand machine side: –Disconnect plug from potentiometers (3). –Unscrew cable clamps (4). –Unscrew cable guide (5) and fold away. –Remove potentiometer (3) completely with bracket and linkage. (Fig.3)

Left-hand machine side: –Unscrew guard (6). –Disconnect plug from potentiometer (3). –Unscrew cable clamps (4). –Unscrew cable guide (5) and fold away. –Remove potentiometer (3) completely with bracket and linkage. (Fig.4)
Remove all guide rails (7). (Fig.5)
Remove all support brackets (8). Note number of shimmings (9). (Fig.6)
Remove sensing band (10) completely with shaft and arm (11). (Fig.7)
