Filter Station Parameters

Filter station parameters and manual trigger lines can be accessed at the filter station by scrolling to the right two times with the Menu Right key and then scrolling down using the Menu Down key.

Emulsion AutoBackflush On, Off

Set to On so that emulsion filters are automatically backflushed if pressure difference across them exceeds the set value.

Emulsion Press-Diff Trip Point 10-200

Max desired pressure difference across emulsion filters before automatic backflush is triggered.

Emulsion Backflush Valve On Time 0-3000

Time duration that each emulsion backflush solenoid is activated during a backflush sequence (100 means 1 second).

Emulsion Backflush Valve Off Time 0-3000

Time duration between activating emulsion backflush solenoids during a backflush sequence. During this time, no valves are on. (100 means 1 second).

Emulsion Dump Wait Time 0-200

Time delay after Quickstop before dumping mainline pressure using emulsion filter functions. This gives time for pumps to unload first!

Emulsion AutoBackflush Time Interval 20-7200

Filter station emulsion backflush is not allowed to automatically trigger more often than this. (Measured in seconds!! 60 means 60 seconds!) The time is measured from time backflush is triggered to the next time it is triggered.

Water Backflush Valve On Time 0-3000

Time duration that each water filter backflush solenoid stays on during a backflush sequence (100 means 1 second).

Water Backflush Valve Off Time 0-3000

Time that all water backflush valves are off between each activation during backflush sequence.

Water AutoBackflush Time Interval 20-7200

Filter station water backflush is not allowed to automatically trigger more often than this. (Measured in seconds - 60 means 60 seconds). The time is measured from time backflush is triggered to the next time it is triggered.
