ALTERNATOR CIRCUIT AND COOLING FAN
The auxiliary circuit for the cooling fan is supplied by the first output of a tandem gear pump, with circuit protection via a relief valve set at 20.7 MPa (3000 psi) within an anti-cavitation manifold mounted close to the motor. The fan motor receives a constant flow of 87 lpm at 2600 RPM, hydraulic oil is supplied through the fan motor which then returns back to tank. The auxiliary circuit for the alternator motor is supplied the second output of the tandem gear pump at 39 lpm at 2600 rpm. A logic block manifold assembly has an inline relief valve R1 set at 17.2 MPa (2500 psi) and R2 is set at 19.3 MPa to regulate the speed of the alternator motor. Hydraulic oil is supplied through the alternator motor and then back to tank.
