GRAB HANDLE FOR MACHINE TOP ACCESS

At the rear of the machine, a grab handle and areas of checker plate have being installed to aid in safe access to the top of the machine.

WARNING! Prior to accessing the top of the machine ensure the top surfaces are free of any material that could pose a trip or slip hazard. Use grab handle and keep footing on checker plate to avoid injury.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES Maintenance Inspections

The maintenance inspections are to be carried out by a competent and authorized person. Adhere to site specific rules and regulations. All faults found are to be rectified before the machine is returned to service, if it is not rectified site tagging procedure is to be followed.

NOTICE Manufacturer and site specific isolation procedures must be followed.

NOTICE The preventative maintenance inspections are to be used in conjunction with a Job Safety Analysis.

CAUTION If the job sequence changes a new Job Safety Analysis needs to be completed for the changes. Failure to do so may result in personal injury or equipment damage.
