Control Serial Number $04FC (1276) - 6 registers (12 bytes) long - Read

Reads the serial number of the EMCP 3 control panel. This is the number that is label printed on the back cover of the control panel. See Figure 29 for a picture.

Byte 0: Character count Bytes 1-11: ASCII data, characters $30 through $5A valid (numbers and capital letters). String terminates with a NULL character ($00).
