Inspection and servicing

Pre-chamber

Check oil level

(machine no. 200 083)

Check the oil level in the pre-chambers regulary.

" Unscrew plug (6, Fig. 3-99:).

The oil level should reach up to the lower edge of the opening. Top up with oil if required.

" Unscrew breather valve (3) and fill in oil through the opening until it flows out of the opening of plug (6).

" Screw breather valve (3) and plug (6) back in place.

Checking oil level

(from machine no. 200 089 onwards)

The oil level in the pre-chambers is visually at the inspection glas (3, Fig. 3-100) in expansion reservoir (1).

The oil level should reach up at least to the middle of the inspection glas (3). Top up with gearbox oil, if required.
