Inspection and servicing

 Stand working equipment on the ground as shown on the sign (Fig. 3-77:). Sign (2, Fig. 3-78:) is attached beside the level indicator tube (1).

Hydraulic oil (oil grade see: “LUBRICANTS” section) can also be filled in by means of the service station (Fig. 3-80:).

 Unscrew cap of express coupling (10). Connect filling hose express coupling of the service vehicle.

The use of the hose line is described in the "Hose line for oil and cooling liquid changes" section.

 Fill in hydraulic oil until the oil level lies between the “min” and “max” marks on signs (2) near the inspection glass (1, Fig. 3-78:). The acoustic warning signal “Travel Alarm” sounds.

 Unscrew the hose line; the express coupling closes automatically.

 Screw protective cap back in place.

 Fill in hydraulic oil through the return-flow filters. (oil grade see: “LUBRICANTS” section).

 Remove cover (19, Fig. 3-79:).

 Fill in hydraulic oil through the opening until the oil level lies between the “min” and “max” marks on signs (2) near the inspection glass (oil grade see: "Refilling quantities - Oil").

 Before fitting the cover (19), check the sealing ring and replace, if damaged.

 Fit cover together with sealing ring.
