Removing the Optical Drive Module

1. See “Removing the Battery Pack” on page 44. 2. Loosen the screw to remove the ODD cap. 3. Remove the single securing screw.

4. Using a screw driver, push the ODD module and grasp the front panel to remove from the computer.

IMPORTANT:Do not remove the ODD bezel by pulling on it entirely or damage will occur. 6. Grasp the edge of the bezel and firmly pry the top edge down and outward to remove.
