Fine Arts: Created to Create
As God’s image bearers, we reflect His many characteristics, including the unique ability to create. This ability to work with our hands, minds, and voices to create beauty gives us the opportunity to visibly glorify God and express ourselves.

At Heritage Christian, we place a significant emphasis on the practice of fine arts. We believe it’s impossible to nurture and develop the whole child without the creative nature of the arts. The arts provide a safe place for students to form new ideas, to express their beliefs and personalities, and to glorify God.

All students are involved in some form of the arts from preschool to grade twelve. Studies show that students who practice the arts are more likely to graduate with honors. Our fine arts teachers have the unique opportunity to watch their students grow and learn across multiple grade levels. They teach their students that God is the ultimate Creator and that He created us to create.

From music ensembles, to visual arts like painting, sculpting, and photography, to theater, Heritage students have a wide variety of opportunities to grow in their creative talents and worship God.
