IN MISSOURI, CAN MINORS OBTAIN A MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD?
Minors in Missouri can also benefit from a medical marijuana card. There are, however, some limitations and requirements. Minor patients cannot apply on their own behalf; their parents or legal guardians must do so.
A minor's application process is similar to that of an adult patient. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for completing the relevant paperwork, including submitting the required documentation and paying the associated expenses.
