WHAT WE

OFFER + Health insurance: fully insured and partially self-funded. + Dental and vision insurance. + Life and disability insurance. + Voluntary benefits at no cost to employer. + Long-term care insurance (home health care, assisted living and nursing home) on a group list bill. + Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). This benefit is an employee-owned account that uses pretax dollars to pay for day care and out-of-pocket medical/dental/vision expenses. + Health Savings Account (HSAs). Health insurance companies are concentrating efforts in this direction, allowing them to offer more cost-effective plans. + 401k and 403b for nonprofit organizations. + Option to provide more than one carrier to give employees more choices. + Custom-designed rate tier structure to provide a lower premium for families. + Innovative carve-out programs. + Packaged programs for firms with 2-50 employees. This concept allows employees to select from 4-5 insurance companies. You pick a benchmark plan and allocate a certain dollar amount per employee. If the employee picks a richer plan design they are responsible for the extra expense. In general, this concept has been reserved for very large corporations and municipalities.
